Proposal & Scripting
We send a line-item quote covering hardware rental, operator day rates, logistics, and branding. For humanoids, we co-develop the interaction script with your team.
Pre-Event Setup
Robots arrive during load-in (typically day before event). Our technician configures, tests, and calibrates everything so day-one is ready from the first session.
Event Day Operation
Our on-site operator manages the robots throughout the event — battery rotation, interaction resets, and real-time troubleshooting. You focus on your guests.
Wrap & Debrief
We handle pickup and return logistics. On request, we provide interaction data (visitor count, engagement time) to help measure ROI.
