These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Silicon Valley Robotics Center website at roboticscenter.ai and all related services, operated by Deep Aware AI Inc. ("we", "us", "the Company"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Service

You may use this website and our services for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of the system. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

2. Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account or provide contact information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Orders & Payment

All orders placed through the store are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the provided payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory issues.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship to domestic and international destinations. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Standard delivery is typically 4-6 weeks; priority and rush options are available at additional cost. Same-day pickup may be arranged at our Mountain View, CA location for eligible items. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier or upon pickup.

5. Rentals

Rental terms (daily, monthly, quarterly, annual) are specified at checkout. You are responsible for the care and return of rented equipment in good working condition, reasonable wear excepted. Late returns may incur additional charges. Damage beyond normal wear will be assessed and billed at repair or replacement cost. Rental equipment remains the property of Deep Aware AI Inc. at all times.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our return and refund policy is described on our Refund Policy page. In general, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in original packaging. Custom-configured or special-order items may not be eligible for return. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, software, datasets, and documentation, is the property of Deep Aware AI Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deep Aware AI Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, products, or rentals. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Products are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties where applicable.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
