Eligibility

Refunds are available for eligible cancellations and approved returns. Custom, configured, opened, or used hardware, completed services, shipping, and restocking costs may be non-refundable under your order terms.

How to request a refund

Email contact@roboticscenter.ai with your order number and request. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after cancellation is confirmed or returned hardware is inspected.
