Robotics & World Models Reading Club is a high-signal reading group for researchers working on robotic world models and embodied intelligence. Session 30 is hosted by Saturday Robotics, founded by Junfan Zhu and Aurora Feng, and runs as a Saturday afternoon of talks followed by an open roundtable.

The keynote comes from Elijah Yi Herng Ong, CTO of Devol Robots, on “What Scale Does Not Fix: Representation and Architecture in Robot Manipulation”. It covers the Interaction World Model (IWM 1.0) and Devol-ONE, and makes the case that the open problems in manipulation are questions of representation and architecture rather than questions of data volume.

The second talk is “Omni-Reason: A General Video Model That Could Solve 100 Computer Vision Tasks” from Hokin Deng, a research scientist at Harvard and CMU.

Registration for this session is full and Luma is taking waitlist sign-ups only. The event is in San Francisco; the organizers release the exact venue to confirmed attendees rather than publishing it, so the address arrives with your confirmation.
