How shipping, lead times, pickup, import tariffs and taxes work for Robotics Center orders.

Shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address, and you see the cost before you pay.
Not every product ships from the same place. Depending on the item, an order may ship from our own stock, from a US partner warehouse, or from the manufacturer.
Lead time
Each product page shows its lead time. Lead times vary by product and stock level. If a date matters for your project, contact us before you order and we will confirm it.
Pickup
Some in-stock products can be collected in person in San Francisco once stock is confirmed. Where pickup is offered, the option and its fee are shown on the product page.
Import tariffs and taxes
Some imported products carry a US import tariff. When one applies, it is shown on the product page and in your cart before you pay.
Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout from your delivery address.
For international orders, import duties, VAT/GST and other destination-country taxes may be due on delivery. They are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our checkout.
