The TFS20-L is a fully integrated single-channel dToF ranging mini-module that incorporates a highly sensitive infrared-enhanced SPAD sensor, with a range of up to 20m. Utilizing a fully integrated SPAD chip solution, histogram statistical algorithm, and a fast TDC architecture, it achieves high-precision distance measurement. Features ultra-compact size (21mm × 15mm × 7.87mm), 1.35g weight, ±6cm accuracy, and 100KLux anti-ambient light capability.
