Validate a use case, run a pilot, scale for a project, or avoid a large CapEx decision — with the same hardware we stock and support in-house.
Evaluating new platforms without locking capital into a single architecture.
Building proof-of-concept systems and iterating before a purchase order.
Running time-boxed deployments with room to change platform choices later.
Short-term operated rentals for activations, trade shows, and productions.
Spread payments over time with flexible terms instead of a large capital outlay.
Validate the application before committing to a permanent hardware purchase.
Add units for short-term projects or reduce capacity when the project ends.
Upgrade into newer hardware at the end of the lease cycle if requirements change.
Add maintenance, repair, calibration, and firmware coverage when needed.

Yes. Most platforms support a lease-to-own structure where monthly payments can be applied toward the purchase price. Ask about this when requesting a quote.
Every lease includes the robot hardware, setup support, documentation, and access to our data platform. Optional add-ons include maintenance coverage, firmware updates, calibration, and operator training.
Yes. Quarterly leases (3 months) receive a 10% discount off the monthly rate. Annual leases receive a 20% discount. Multi-year agreements are also available with custom pricing.
We handle leases nationwide. Same-day pickup is available at our San Francisco location. For longer leases, we coordinate shipping and remote setup support anywhere in the US.
